All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are subject to the terms of our third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and may take 7-10 business days to process after approval.
Refund Eligibility
Airline Tickets: Often non-refundable. Refunds are subject to the airline’s policy and may incur heavy penalties.
Hotel Bookings: Dependent on the hotel’s cancellation policy (e.g., non-refundable after a certain date).
Tour Packages: Cancellation fees apply as follows:
30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 14 days before departure: No refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Fees for processed visas and travel insurance premiums.
Administrative and processing fees.
Force Majeure
For cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters), refunds will be processed according to the credits or policies issued by our suppliers. Service fees may be non-refundable.
